• Silver Card          : 10 % discount (except bed cover)
• Gold Card          : 15 % discount (except bed cover)
• Platinum Card     : 20 % discount (except bed cover)

Point are accumulated yearly (Rp.10.000 = 01 point), can be redeem as follows :

• 900 – 1000 point         = Voucher 01 nite Junior Suite Room at Hotel Gran Puri
• 800 – 900 point           = Voucher 01 nite Executive Room at Hotel Gran Puri
• 700 – 800 point           = Voucher 01 nite Superior Room at Hotel Gran Puri

Chick Laundry & Dry Cleaning provide laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services.  As well as for in-house guest, Chick Laundry also provide pick up and delivery services for outside guest with minimum bill of Rp.50.000.
